RSGS’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the for the year ended 31 December 2025 will take place at RSGS headquarters in Perth and via Zoom at 11.00am on Thursday 9th July 2026. The meeting will be chaired by our President, Professor Dame Anne Glover.   

We will be seeking to appoint two Elected Trustees (members of Board).  We have received nominations for Tim Fright and Richard Aspinall and the Board recommends their election.  We will also be seeking to re-appoint Vice-President Erica Caldwell, as recommended by Board.

If you are unable to take part, each named member is invited to complete this proxy voting form by 11.00am on Tuesday 7th July.  Alternatively, each named member can download a form and return it by post (to RSGS HQ, 15-19 North Port, Perth, PH1 5LU) or email (to [email protected]). 

All members at the date of the AGM are entitled to vote; if your membership has recently expired, please renew it before 8th July for your vote to count.
